Trans Agenda Expands – New Rules To Keep People “Safe”

A 2019 lawsuit may force Colorado to make jail accommodations for transgender women.

According to Fox News’ Saturday report, segregated quarters for those particular individuals are definitely a possibility.

It went on to say:

“Fox News Digital has learned that a judge is scheduled to decide on a decree that would bring more changes — including sex changes and hormone treatments—to the state’s penitentiary. This comes after a class action lawsuit was filed by multiple transgender inmates in 2019 against the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC), alleging discrimination, harassment, and assault.”

“A court-ordered settlement in a legal battle, the consent decree, would also mandate that all trans women incarcerated at CDOC or had been in the past get a $2.1 million reimbursement, with the amount dependent on the seriousness of the allegations of assault, discrimination, and harassment while incarcerated. Potential payouts for each plaintiff might be between $1,000 and $10,000.

According to the story, it includes some of the plaintiffs who are now serving life terms for crimes including assault and homicide and are fighting to get the consent decree authorized.

According to NBC News, co-counselor Suneeta Hazra referred to the deal as a “landmark settlement.”

“Come up with a comprehensive approach to safeguarding them, which honestly isn’t in any jail system in the country right now,” she added.

In the meantime, Dave Williams, head of the Colorado Republican Party, claimed that the consent decree was simply another example of the left’s efforts to undermine the country’s criminal justice system and that authorities should not be accommodating to them.

Paying for these people’s self-esteem boosts shouldn’t be the responsibility of taxpayers. Especially in cases of murder, he told Fox.

Breitbart News reported on Wednesday that a pro-trans poll recently acknowledged that less than 2% of the population claims to be transgender.

“The establishment media and Democratic Party activists, who depict ‘trans kids’ as a disadvantaged minority, help rouse their equality-minded party supporters for the next election,” the source added, referring to the less than two percent transgender population.
