Pentagon Begs For Help To Fix Biden’s Big Mistake

The Pentagon says that in order to restock on weapons after shipping many stocks to Ukraine in recent years to conduct its never-ending proxy war against Russia, it would require an extra $10 billion in funding.

The additional $10 billion to the Pentagon is part of a $95 billion measure that the U.S. Senate authorized to increase international military aid; the U.S. House has not yet taken up the legislation. Feeling uneasy about the measure’s impasse, the Pentagon has dutifully warned that cutting the bill will hurt the U.S. military.

If we can’t secure fresh financing, “it would come back on our own preparedness on our own stockpile to a certain level,” a DoD source told Politico. Under the presidential drawdown authority, the Pentagon is still able to transfer more than $4.1 billion to Ukraine. According to reports, since the conflict with Russia began in February 2022, they have donated at least $44 billion to the nation.

As Big League Politics has pointed out, the European Union has given Ukraine $30 billion in military aid in addition to what the Pentagon has already spent, and there is still much more to come.

An official report created by the European Commission and the diplomatic body of the EU states that the EU has already provided military assistance to Ukraine totaling €28 billion and plans to provide an additional €21.2 billion by 2024.

As tangible supplies are further verified, this [€28 billion] amount is projected to climb in the near future, according to the paper. The numbers show the distribution of funding from European capitals through channels directly overseen by Brussels.

The letter emphasizes that the 2024 estimate of €21.2 billion is a “preliminary” estimate based on information provided by a “limited number” of EU countries.

It will now be necessary to help Ukraine fend off Russia’s invasion, as the Congress has vetoed the most recent US aid plan for that country. Leaders of five EU countries—the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, and the Netherlands—called on Europe to stand behind Ukraine in an opinion piece that was published on January 31, 2024.

Europe needs to be wise enough to reject the neoconservative foreign policy agendas of Washington, D.C., and London.

Because it is too profitable and advantageous to the corporate and governmental elites, the madness will never stop. The War Machine’s hubris has driven it insane, and the outcome might be the end of the planet.
