This is precisely the result of hiring staff members based on race, creed, sexuality or gender, instead of merit. You get a White House full of disgruntled, underqualified staffers commiserating about their ‘lack of opportunity despite being steps away from the President of the United States.
According to a recent Politico report, 21 black staffers have left or are planning to leave the White House due to a “lack of mentorship and chances of promotion.”
At least 21 Black staffers have left the White House since late last year or are planning to leave soon. Some who remain say it’s no wonder why: They describe a work environment with little support from their superiors and fewer chances for promotion.https://t.co/X8uYuviRjO

The White House is notorious for its competitiveness amongst staff members. The nation’s capital attracts some of the most educated, qualified, and career-driven individuals in the country — but it also attracts opportunists looking to cash in on today’s obsession with race and gender hires in the workplace.
However, according to three White House officials, the black employee exodus has resulted from a lack of promotion or no clear path to “help them be successful.”
“They brought in a ton of Black people generally to start without ever establishing an infrastructure to retain them or help them be successful,” a black White House employee told Politico.
Just curious, why are these particular black staffers seeking an “infrastructure” under which to succeed? Doesn’t that create a separate set of standards based on race that flies in the face of modern progressivism? What happened to equality?
“We’re here and we’re doing a lot of work but we’re not decision-makers and there’s no real path towards becoming decision-makers,” another black staffer said.
Yeah, it’s called initiative.
Perhaps these over-educated blacks have grown accustomed to a certain level of coddling or hand-holding from their university professors?
A third black White House employee told Politico that black people need special mentors to give employees a better experience.
“Black folks need some person to go to, to strategize and be a mentor, and we just don’t have as many folks who can be mentors to us.”
If that doesn’t scream PATHETIC, then what does?
Kamala Harris is notorious for losing black staff members and has received immense backlash as a result. Symone Sanders and Cedric Richmond are the highest-profile former Kamala employees, both of which have gone on to secure positions within the corporate media.
Meanwhile, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, a black woman herself, called the Mass Blacksodus “normal”.
Now imagine if black staff members were fleeing a Republican administration!
