Students at all levels of the public education system will now be forced to acknowledge a new set of woke rules that states there’s no such thing as a woman.
On Thursday, Biden’s Department of Education unsheathed a set of ridiculous changes to Title IX, a civil rights law originally passed to eliminate sexist discrimination in educational facilities that accept federal funding.
The changes, which totally eliminate the definition of ‘boy’ and ‘girl,’ expands Title IX protections to students who identify as transgender.
The proposed changes would expand protections against discrimination on the basis of sex under Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments to include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity,” according to a DOE press release. Title IX prohibits schools from receiving federal funding from excluding any student on the basis of sex.
Today, we commemorate the 50th anniversary of Title IX, a mandate that transformed our nation.
I'll continue to fight for the promise of Title IX – that every woman and girl can pursue her education and dreams free from discrimination, and every LGBTQI+ student is protected.

As required in the rule change, every space, program, building, bathroom, locker room, or any other location meant to accommodate individual students must now also make special allowances for students who may feel as though they are women, even though biologically, they are men.
In other words, schools from the elementary level through university will be forced to allow biological males in women’s bathrooms or lose all federal funding.
Education Secretary Miguel Cardona celebrated the Title IX changes.
I can think of no better way to celebrate the anniversary of #TitleIX than re-affirming & building on its protections for all our nation’s students. Every student should be able to learn, grow, and thrive in school & not be derailed in their education by sex discrimination. https://t.co/v37EC3p358

Another aspect of the Title IX rule change involves the use of gender-specific pronouns. According to the new provisions, ‘misgendering’ a transgender individual could constitute sexual harassment.
Among other things Biden's new Title IX rule — which applies to all public schools and most universities — says that using the wrong gender pronouns is sexual harassment. Wokeism will be mandatory, unless you want to be expelled. pic.twitter.com/0bbQ8v4xLa

Lest we forget, the transgender community consists of 0.03% of the U.S. population, so the massive changes to the ways in which schools are operated were enacted for the sole purpose of protecting a minuscule number of people.
Meanwhile, the Title IX changes inherently eliminate the definition of a ‘woman’, thus eliminating the rights of biological women.
Amazing. The Biden Administration’s new rule today on Title IX denies there are such things as women and men. The Admin is erasing gender & women from a statute designed to protect them pic.twitter.com/WWPiuEyO4c

“A shift from biological sex to gender identity means that girls and women will be forced to accept the presence of biological males in what have always been single-sex spaces,” Erika Sanzi, director of outreach for Parents Defending Education, said in a statement.
“It means that female students will be forced to use the same restroom as biologically male classmates and staff members, who identify as girls and women, and will likely be forced to compete in the same athletic events,” Sanzi added.
The way in which Democrats are so eager to force young women into the uncomfortable (and sometimes predatory) position of using the bathroom in front of biological males is not only disgusting, it’s an attack on womanhood itself.
