A government investigation indicates that the DHS under President Biden permitted an illegal alien who was on the FBI’s “Terrorist Watch List” to get aboard a domestic aircraft after letting him in the country.
Following his initial arrival at the U.S.-Mexico border close to Yuma, AZ, on April 17, 2022, an illegal alien was released from DHS on April 19, 2022, into the neighborhood close to Blythe, California, according to a report published by DHS Inspector General (IG) Joseph Cuffari.
Isnardo Garcia Amado, a 36-year-old Colombian illegal alien, was identified in the case described by the DHS IG, according to sources close to Breitbart News, even though his identity is censored in the official report.
Garcia Amado was “an uncertain Terrorist Watch List match,” according to the DHS IG, during his federal detention and before being officially released into the interior of the United States.
On April 21, 2022, just a few days after being released, Garcia Amado signed in at Palm Springs International Airport, which is located in Palm Springs, California boarding a trip to Tampa, Florida.
Garcia Abado proved to be indeed a match for a guy on the FBI’s Terrorist Watch List during his screening before his flight, according to the DHS IG. “TSC acquired additional details from the Transportation Security Administration and affirmed” this, according to the DHS IG.
Garcia Abado finally missed his trip on April 21, 2022, and rescheduled for the next day.
John Fabbricatore, a former ICE Field Office Director as well as member of the board of directors for the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE), said to Breitbart News that “it was a strong reminder of the Biden Administration’s objective that was reducing the safety of our neighborhoods and borders.”
The people who are on the FBI’s Terrorist Watch List “are usually permitted to fly” given that their names aren’t also on the federal government’s “No Fly List,” according to the DHS IG, but they “are commonly subject to increased physical screening before their flight and could be subject to observations conducted by the Federal Air Marshal Service throughout the flight.”
Garcia Abado was not detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers after landing in the Tampa region until May 6, 2022, a little over two weeks after his initial release into the interior of the United States.
“Because of poor policy directions, a lack of staff, and inadequate resources,” Fabbricatore said that “illegal aliens, including some criminals and those on the terrorism watch list, are succeeding in entering the country without being noticed or are being released on purpose. These self-induced threats pose a serious risk to national security and a determined effort needs to be taken to capture and remove them as soon as they are discovered,” the report stated.
