When she revealed on Tuesday that they were collaborating with the state and municipal officials in Delaware over rumors that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis may be flying a plane of illegal aliens there, White House Press Sec. Karine Jean-Pierre slipped and made a major error. Even though the illegal immigrants weren’t yet in Joe Biden’s state, the White House was discussing how to handle them.
Since Biden took office, thousands have been streaming into border towns and across the border, but they have been unable to “coordinate” and stop them. They have no desire to work with those towns or provide assistance. In El Paso, where they have been displacing more than 2,000 people daily on average, the Democratic mayor is transporting them to New York City (though he hasn’t faced any backlash from the left for doing so).
On MSNBC on Thursday, Jean-Pierre was questioned about why she wasn’t working with the Republican governors. Why would they work with governors who were “obviously playing a political game” by flying or busing undocumented immigrants to other sanctuary cities like Martha’s Vineyard, she questioned?
The Biden team has done little to address the issue. Therefore, the governors are turning to this. And as evidenced by this reaction, all the Biden administration is doing right now is playing politics. The only thing they are worried about is how it might affect liberal hotspots like Martha’s Vineyard or Joe Biden’s house in Rehoboth Beach rather than carrying out their duties and guarding the border. They’re admitting that their interactions with states are politically-based. Given that he is the putative head of the nation, Biden should be contacting all the states to address this issue. However, he’s saying that it isn’t going well for him. The governors’ lack of concern for states like Arizona and Texas has been exposed by their entire effort. Everyone in those states and everywhere else should cast their ballots appropriately.
Meanwhile, Biden has endangered the lives of both Americans and unauthorized immigrants by leaving the border unlocked.
Where is the concern for their lives? Where is the outcry over Biden’s distribution of illegal aliens across the nation? Instead of criticizing Biden for not doing his job, the very same sheriff in the county where they perished is attempting to hold Florida Governor Ron DeSantis accountable for sending people to Martha’s Islands. The liberal media would have blasted it as a tragedy if it had happened under Trump. But under Biden, they chose to overlook these individuals’ deaths. The instances of people being harmed by illegal immigrants are ignored. They fail to acknowledge the severe fentanyl issue. They fail to notice how their behavior enriches the cartels. They worry about sending people to a vacation destination. The Biden team has ideals that are totally out of balance.
