It’s finally happened. The RINOs that have supported Biden since they kicked Trump out of office through lies and deceit are finally understanding the weight of their mistakes. Mitt Romney, one of the nation’s leading RINOs, didn’t hold back during a speech where he criticized the first year of Joe Biden’s time in office.
Meet the Press asked him what he thought about the current state of affairs in the United States, and he said that the nation is very divided.
Romney says that when Biden was elected to office, no one was expecting him to fully transform America. But they were hoping that he would help get things back to some semblance of normal and put an end to the crazy. He says that now though, we are seeing all the policies that Biden and his administration are pushing and the American people aren’t accepting them.
Romney also didn’t mince words when discussing James Carville, who told Meet the Press that he thought Biden should continue on with his policies and move forward. He even went as far as to say that Biden is having a bad week, but isn’t having a bad year.
Romney says this is completely inaccurate though, and that Biden is having a very bad year. Fifty-two weeks of terrible to be exact. Romney says that since Biden took office, people are 7% poorer in the United States. Inflation is high. Gas is high. COVID is worse than ever and people don’t even have access to the COVID detection tests they need to keep themselves and those they love safe. Afghanistan was a disaster, Russia is on the Ukrainian border and things just aren’t going well at all.
Romney says that even though there is massive division in the nation, there are many issues that Biden could get bipartisan support and collaboration for within congress. Things like education, healthcare, security in infrastructure. Biden says that too many of Biden’s policies are focused on keeping control on a federal level. Especially with things like his recent legislation on voting rights.
Romney also said there hasn’t been any effort from the Biden administration to work together with Republicans. It seems Democrats have no intention of mending the chasm they’ve created in the nation.
