It’s an absolute disgrace what’s happening in our country. Four illegal migrants, caught on camera brazenly attacking NYPD officers in Times Square, were not only released without bail but were also handed free bus tickets to California.
This is the kind of madness that’s become all too common under the Biden administration’s watch. They’re more concerned with protecting illegal migrants than our own police officers who put their lives on the line every day.
Johan Boada, one of these attackers, even had the audacity to mock the media with a smug double middle finger as he walked free. This is the thanks our city gets for its leniency? These thugs assault our cops, laugh in our faces, and then get a free ride across the country courtesy of some church-affiliated nonprofit. It’s outrageous!
Even New York’s Governor Kathy Hochul and Mayor Eric Adams, neither of whom are known for their tough stance on crime, seem to realize there’s a problem. Hochul admits that deportation “should be looked at” for criminals here illegally, and Adams is calling for a reexamination of laws that protect violent migrants from deportation. Well, it’s about time! But talk is cheap. We need action, and we need it now.
The NYPD is scrambling, launching a massive manhunt for these attackers. But let’s be real—the damage is already done. These criminals are likely halfway to California by now, thanks to the incompetence and misplaced priorities of our city’s leaders and their enablers. And what message does this send? That you can come to New York, commit violent acts against our officers, and get a free pass out of town?
This whole situation is a slap in the face to every law-abiding citizen and a spit in the eye to every police officer who serves. We’re turning into a sanctuary for criminals, and it’s high time we put a stop to it. If Biden and his administration won’t protect our borders and our people, then it’s up to us, the American people, to demand better and hold these so-called leaders accountable. We cannot and will not tolerate this lawlessness any longer.
