In March, DOGE cleared the bureaucratic hurdles, enabling DHS Secretary Kristi Noem to announce, “We officially awarded the first DOGE-approved contract to restart construction on President Trump’s border wall.” With seven critical miles of the wall back under construction, border agents now have the crucial support they’ve long requested.
But DOGE didn’t stop at simply cutting waste and building barriers. They aggressively targeted the abuse of public benefits by illegal aliens. In April, DOGE revealed shocking findings: four aliens on the FBI’s terror watchlist and hundreds more with criminal histories were exploiting Medicaid, student loans, unemployment benefits, and tax refunds—all at taxpayer expense. This discovery led to immediate terminations of these fraudulent benefits, saving taxpayers over a million dollars in a single sweep.
As DOGE stated clearly, “Under the Biden administration, it was routine for Border Patrol to admit aliens into the United States with no legal status and minimal screening.” Over 6,300 parolees with terrorist ties or criminal records were identified and immediately had their paroles revoked by the Trump administration. This is what real border security looks like—swift, decisive, and unapologetically America First.
But immigration reform isn’t DOGE’s only battlefield. The Coast Guard recently scrapped an ineffective information technology system, redirecting $32.7 million of wasteful spending directly to frontline maritime security operations. “Another win for government efficiency,” Secretary Noem proudly announced, emphasizing Trump’s strategy of putting resources where they matter most—protecting our homeland.
Moreover, DOGE has spearheaded a crackdown on illegal immigrants exploiting public housing programs. FEMA’s notoriously wasteful Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities program—a political slush fund that ignored true disaster relief needs—was swiftly terminated under DOGE’s scrutiny. FEMA officials now openly declare their renewed commitment to serving Americans genuinely in crisis rather than serving political agendas.
In just these short months, DOGE has delivered an astonishing $175 billion in taxpayer savings. While the mainstream media relentlessly attacked DOGE leader Elon Musk, smearing him with 96% negative coverage according to the Media Research Center, the results speak louder than their biased narratives. Musk’s departure marks a new chapter, but the mission remains the same—America First, wasteful spending last.
President Trump promised a return to sanity, order, and accountability in Washington. Through DOGE’s relentless efforts, he’s delivering on those promises every day.
