NYC Migrant Situation Turns Into A Nightmarish Hellscape

According to eyewitness accounts, one of the Midtown Manhattan Mayor Eric Adams’ (D) immigrant hotels has turned into a “free for all” as recently arriving migrants and illegal immigrants living at the hotel for free are reportedly using drugs and consuming alcohol “all night.”

One migrant claimed to the New York Post that The Row NYC, where Adams has been giving free housing to migrants as well as illegal immigrants for months, turns into a “madhouse” and a “free for all” when it gets dark because migrant guests do drugs and drink alcohol all night long outside the hotel’s doors.

“Since we can’t bring anything inside, people are continuously smoking marijuana and drinking aguardiente outdoors,” the guy said to the Post. “They now congregate at the corners after the police came and chased them away some nights.”

Migrant youngsters reportedly participate in drug and alcohol use in certain instances outside the hotel.

The guy said, “I’ve observed 12- and 13-year-olds smoking and drinking outside, many of the Venezuelan children with the men. These youngsters lack structure and positive role models. My children are not permitted to see that or hang around there. They are wiser.”

Carlos Arellano, a former employee of the Row NYC, said to the Post that he saw immigrant minors using alcohol and narcotics almost every shift. In January, a different former employee said that immigrants at the hotel were fighting with personnel, doing narcotics in the lobby, and engaging in public sex.

Over 70,000 border crossers including illegal immigrants have entered New York City since the start of spring of last year; many of them were transported there by Governor Greg Abbott’s (R) buses from Texas.

Adams has been awarding lucrative contracts to the city’s dominant real estate sector for months, and as a result, tens of thousands of refugees are being housed in hotels. For example, New Yorkers may soon be on the hook for an annual $75 million payment to house illegals at Manhattan’s famed Roosevelt Hotel.

Adams asserts that roughly half of all hotel rooms in New York City are currently occupied by waves of unauthorized immigrants.
