Prominent Republican Faces More Brutality From ‘Benevolent’ Left

The unmistakable double standard present in today’s hyper-political liberal society continues to rear its ugly, violent head as another prominent Republican face physical and verbal attacks from the kind and benevolent left.

Crazed leftists will literally shoot a Republican lawmaker without even a peep from the Democrat Party leadership or their media sycophants. Liberals are allowed to murder conservatives without any real repercussions as the political divide continues to widen here in America.

Former New York City Mayor and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani was physically assaulted on Sunday at a grocery store in the Staten Island borough of New York City. The assailant has since been arrested for second-degree assault.

Giuliani was campaigning for his son in the only remaining conservative-majority borough of NYC when the incident occurred. Surveillance footage obtained by the New York Post showed America’s mayor talking to a small group of shoppers at a local ShopRite when a store worker came from behind and slapped him. Giuliani was then grabbed by a woman to his left, who he said may have prevented him from falling forward.

The disgruntled employee began taunting Giuliani about abortion, a major point of contention for leftists after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last week.

“All of a sudden, I feel this, ‘Bam!’ on my back,” Giuliani told The Post.

“All of a sudden, I hear this guy say, ‘You’re a f**king scumbag,’ then he moves away so nobody can grab him.”

He went on to quote the assailant as saying to him “You, you’re one of the people that’s gonna kill women. You’re gonna kill women. You and your f**king friend are gonna kill women.’”

In a separate interview with the New York Times, the former federal prosecutor decried the recent rise in political violence, telling the outlet: “This has to stop. This is getting ridiculous. I’ve been in politics 50 years, I’ve never been attacked like this.”

Giuliani then explained to The Post why he decided to call the cops on the crazed leftists when under different circumstances he may have handled the situation himself.

“I said to myself ‘You know what, this guy needs to be arrested.’ We can no longer let these little things go,” Giuliani said.

Meanwhile, under current New York law, it’s highly unlikely the disgruntled employee will be charged with a crime.
