Shock Poll Shows How Americans HATE Congress

Shock Poll Shows How Americans HATE Congress

Three Chilean nationals are sitting in a Wisconsin jail right now, accused of breaking into a Delafield residence through a glass patio door and stealing about 100 pieces of jewelry.

Police believe the same trio is responsible for several other burglaries in neighboring towns. Same methods. Same targets. Same pattern.

And here’s the part that should make you furious: Chile is on the Visa Waiver Program. These criminals didn’t sneak across the border. They likely flew in legally — because our government made it easy.

The South American Theft Ring Operating on U.S. Soil

This isn’t random crime. It’s organized.

A burglary network based in Chile has been sending nationals to the United States for the specific purpose of robbing wealthy Americans. They’re not coming to start new lives. They’re coming to steal and leave.

The three arrested in Wisconsin — Enjerbet Rojas Silva (19), Leandro Pino Uribe (20), and Luciano Silva Cifuentes (26) — fit the profile exactly. Young. Mobile. Targeting affluent neighborhoods. Using methods that match a pattern across multiple locations.

In February, federal prosecutors charged seven other Chilean nationals with breaking into the multi-million dollar homes of professional athletes like Joe Burrow, Patrick Mahomes, and Travis Kelce.

Same country. Same scheme. Same victims: wealthy Americans whose addresses are publicly available and whose travel schedules can be tracked through social media.

The Visa Waiver Loophole That Makes This Possible

Here’s what makes this infuriating.

Chile remains on the Visa Waiver Program. That means Chilean nationals can travel to the United States without securing a visa first. No interview at an embassy. No advance screening. Just book a flight and show up.

The program was designed to facilitate tourism and business travel from trusted allied nations. It was not designed to provide easy entry for organized burglary rings.

And yet, despite years of prosecutions against Chilean nationals for this exact crime pattern, the State Department has done nothing.

Chile stays on the list. The criminals keep coming. American homes keep getting burglarized.

100 Pieces of Jewelry — From One House

The Delafield burglary netted approximately 100 pieces of jewelry.

That’s not a crime of desperation. That’s a professional operation. These aren’t people stealing to survive — they’re executing a business plan.

Break into affluent homes. Target portable valuables like jewelry that can be easily transported and fenced. Move quickly before police can establish patterns. Then disappear — either to another state or back to Chile.

The victims aren’t random either. The burglars are specifically targeting wealthy neighborhoods. They’re doing reconnaissance. They’re identifying properties where the payoff justifies the risk.

This is crime as industry.

The Athletes Were Just the High-Profile Cases

When burglars hit Joe Burrow’s house during an NFL game, it made national news. Same with Mahomes and Kelce. Celebrity victims get attention.

But for every athlete who makes headlines, there are dozens of regular wealthy Americans being victimized by the same networks. Business owners. Doctors. Lawyers. Retirees who accumulated nice things over a lifetime of work.

They don’t get press conferences. Their stolen jewelry doesn’t make ESPN. But their losses are just as real.

The Wisconsin trio was allegedly working the same playbook in communities most Americans have never heard of. Delafield. Mequon. Quiet affluent towns where people thought they were safe.

They weren’t.

“Years of Prosecutions” — And Nothing Changes

The most damning detail in this story:

“Despite years of prosecutions against Chilean nationals for traveling to the U.S. to commit home burglaries, the State Department continues to keep Chile on the Visa Waiver Program.”

Years. This has been happening for years. It’s been prosecuted for years. The pattern has been documented for years.

And the policy response? Nothing.

The same State Department that lectures Americans about “root causes” of migration can’t be bothered to revoke visa privileges from a country running organized burglary operations on U.S. soil.

Chile is an ally. Removing them from the waiver program would cause diplomatic friction. So American homeowners keep getting robbed, and bureaucrats keep prioritizing smooth relations over citizen safety.

Simple Solution Nobody Will Implement

The fix isn’t complicated.

Remove Chile from the Visa Waiver Program until the burglary networks are dismantled. Require Chilean nationals to apply for visas and submit to screening before entering the United States.

Would it inconvenience legitimate travelers? Yes. Would it slow down business and tourism? Somewhat.

Would it stop organized theft rings from flying criminals into the country to rob Americans? Absolutely.

The question is whether protecting American property owners matters more than diplomatic convenience. So far, the State Department has made its priorities clear.

The Three in Wisconsin Are Just the Ones Who Got Caught

Rojas Silva, Pino Uribe, and Silva Cifuentes are in jail awaiting their December 17th hearing. They’ll face prosecution. They might even get convicted.

But for every team that gets caught, how many complete their operations and fly home with suitcases full of stolen goods?

The networks are still operating. The visa waiver is still in place. The pipeline is still open.

These three got unlucky — or sloppy. The next team is probably already in the country, scouting their targets, planning their entry points.

Wealthy Americans Have a Target on Their Backs

The message to affluent Americans is clear: You’re marks.

Foreign criminal organizations have identified you as profitable targets. They’ve developed systems to exploit you. They’re using American immigration policy to access you.

And your government — the one you pay substantial taxes to — can’t be bothered to close the obvious loophole that makes it possible.

Secure your homes. Vary your routines. Be careful what you post on social media about travel. Because the State Department isn’t going to protect you.

They’re too busy maintaining good relations with the country sending burglars to your neighborhood.
