Hollywood In Panic! Fury Builds At Biden Pushers

After entrepreneur Jeffrey Katzenberg convinced Hollywood Democrats to support Joe Biden on the grounds that the 81-year-old president would be mentally and physically fit for another four-year term, the contributors have begun subtly defecting from Biden.

The CEO and co-founder of DreamWorks, as well as the former chairman of the Walt Disney Company, “had to engage in some hard lifting to convince hesitant Democrat funders that President Joe Biden isn’t too old to run again,” as Breitbart News reported last month.

As Breitbart News stated:

“According to a New York Times story, “last year, some major Democratic supporters expressed serious doubts about Jeffrey Katzenberg, Biden’s co-chair for reelection, saying the octogenarian wasn’t ready for another four years in government. Some remained unconvinced despite Katzenberg’s best efforts to ease their worries, so Katzenberg invited them to a White House meeting with Biden in an attempt to win them over.”

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) of California claims that Katzenberg said to contributors, “Believe me. If you don’t trust me, then have faith, but double-check. Join me to interact with the president and see things firsthand.

According to Newsom, “he started doing that in a consistent fashion.” “He had a significant role in encouraging people to jump into this campaign headfirst and get off the sidelines.”

Following Biden’s poor debate performance against former President Trump, in which he occasionally stammered and lost his train of thought midsentence, donors who reportedly contributed over $30 million to the Biden campaign at Katzenberg’s request have been voicing their outrage.

According to TheWrap:

“What Jeffrey Katzenberg has accomplished here is astounding,” a powerful Hollywood donor, power broker, and prominent Democrat who wished to remain anonymous stated. Regarding the entire Biden affair, Jeffrey was found to have lied. The entire inner circle of Biden was involved in the deception. It’s really a hypocritical act.”

According to a prominent Democratic source in Hollywood, “everyone is upset.” “People feel misled and are furious.”

“They feel misled, for sure, because Katzenberg, an esteemed member of the Hollywood community, personally attested to Biden’s mental and physical capabilities, even in the face of contributors’ early apprehensions regarding the president’s age.”

According to a Democratic insider who spoke with TheWrap, Katzenberg has been the talk of Hollywood lately. Although he is still relatively unknown in the entertainment business, some speculate that his influence may be diminishing in the wake of Quibi’s demise and Joe Biden’s campaign, which he actively courted Hollywood donors for alongside George Clooney and Julia Roberts.

“Just like he did with Quibi, Jeffrey is doing the same thing,” a power broker told TheWrap. “You just pay him money to get him to leave you alone, because he won’t stop calling.” You give the money away. And many others followed suit. But with Jeffrey, that’s exactly what happens.

“He’s just interested in becoming a power broker and hasn’t realized that this is about getting rid of Trump,” the power broker continued, “without telling anyone the truth about his guy.”

After the catastrophic debate, Katzenberg has said nothing. The Financial Times said that the day after the debate, he skipped a meeting to arrange celebrity endorsements, which “raised eyebrows.”

The president has vowed to press on, even in the face of calls for Biden to resign from Democratic contributors and media outlets.
