Defeated: Biden’s Unconstitutional Order Is Finished

On Wednesday, the Biden administration announced suspension of the enforcement of President Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private employers as a response to pending litigation.

First on the scene to challenge Biden’s unconstitutional mandate was none other than The Daily Wire media outlet. The court was chosen through a lottery to consolidate the many legal challenges that the Biden administration faced over the rule.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced on Wednesday that according to a decision by the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the November 6th ruling to stay the “Emergency Temporary Standard” for vaccination and testing would be maintained “until further court order.” OSHA then issued a generic statement of purpose and added that they have suspended all activity related to implementing and enforcing the emergency testing standards.

The Daily Wire launched a petition for the public to show support for their legal battle against Biden’s administration. The petition quickly reached over half a million signatures just over the weekend and still continues to grow.

On November 4, mere hours after OSHA published their 500 page document explaining Biden’s mandate, the Alliance Defending Freedom and Dhillon Law Group filed a legal challenge against the Biden administration on The Daily Wire’s behalf.

Biden’s ruling mandated all companies with 100 or more employees to vaccinate all personnel or subject them to weekly COVID-19 screenings. The order came with stiff penalties of $14,000 per violation and as much as $140,000 for every willful violation.

Jeremy Boreing, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Daily Wire said at the time that the federal government, in cooperation with President Biden and the establishment media were all robbing Americans of basic freedoms in the name of public health. Boreing added that this behavior damages faith in the government, particularly when they conspired to censor “perspective with which they disagree.”

Biden’s order was halted by the Fifth Circuit on November 6th in response numerous petitions that raised the point that the mandate had serious “statutory and constitutional issues.”

The White House has remained defiant in the face of the court order, pressuring companies to continue executing the unconstitutional mandate anyway.
