Illegals In New York Refuse To Leave Luxury Hotels

Border crossers who came to New York City on buses from Texas are still refusing to leave the hotel where Mayor Eric Adams (D) housed them for free. The border crossers want to live in “unoccupied luxury flats” on Billionaires Row rather than shelters.

As Breitbart News revealed last week, municipal officials tried to remove adult single male border crossers from the Watson Hotel in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen community, where they had been first housed by Adams’ admin. as part of his migrant hotel’s proposal.

However, a large number of border crossers remained and built massive encampments on the city’s sidewalks, which the New York Police Department finally dismantled (NYPD).

Border crossers are reportedly still refusing to depart the Watson Hotel in protest of what they call the subpar circumstances at the city’s massive shelter at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, according to local sources.

Instead, an NYC ICE Watch activist yelled that illegal immigrants should be housed in “empty luxury residences” along the city’s Billionaires Row, which would be paid for by New Yorkers.

The protester said that “Adams and Governor Hochul could have simply opened up all the empty luxury flats. Right now, we’re on 57th Street. This is billionaire’s row. On this roadway, half of the super buildings remain vacant.”

Adams has lately called on President Biden to “fairly divide” illegal immigration around the U.S., since almost 50,000 border crossers have already been bused to New York City, a sanctuary city, since the spring of last year.

The Biden administration is developing new initiatives to recruit even more immigrants to the U.S. rather than enforcing existing laws against illegal immigration.

For instance, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) most recently introduced a smartphone app that allows foreign nationals living in Mexico to arrange appointments to be released into the interior of the United States at the southern border.

Similar to this, DHS unveiled a proposal that will allow for the creation of an even larger Catch and Release network at the border, allowing 360,000 additional border crossers to request humanitarian parole and enter the interior of the United States.

Biden’s DHS already uses a less-known parole scheme to release thousands at a time every month into the interior of the United States. Since Feb. 2021, the Biden admin. is estimated to have freed 1.6 to two million border crossers into American neighborhoods.
