Why Men’s Rights Deserve More Attention (Feminists Can’t Stand This)

Why Men’s Rights Deserve More Attention (Feminists Can’t Stand This)

In today’s cultural climate, where intersectional feminism reigns supreme and victimhood is the ultimate social currency, the idea that men might face systemic disadvantages is treated as laughable. But here’s the reality: men are facing a growing number of challenges that are conveniently ignored by a society more interested in pushing a one-sided narrative. It’s time to stop pretending that men’s issues don’t exist and start giving them the attention they deserve.

Let’s start with education. Boys are falling behind at every level of schooling. According to the National Center for Education Statistics, women now outnumber men in college enrollment by nearly 3 to 2. That’s not a small gap—it’s a gaping chasm. Meanwhile, boys are more likely to be diagnosed with learning disabilities, punished for behavioral issues, and treated as though their natural inclinations to be active and assertive are somehow “toxic.” This isn’t education—it’s indoctrination into shame for simply being male.

The workplace isn’t much better. While feminists rail about the so-called “wage gap,” they conveniently ignore the “death gap.” Men make up the overwhelming majority of workplace fatalities—nearly 93% of all deaths on the job, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Why? Because men are the ones taking on the most dangerous, physically demanding jobs to keep society functioning. Funny how that never comes up when the conversation shifts to gender equity.

Then there’s the issue of family courts, where men are routinely treated as second-class citizens. In custody battles, mothers are awarded primary custody nearly 80% of the time, leaving fathers to fight an uphill battle just to be part of their children’s lives. Meanwhile, men are expected to shoulder enormous financial burdens through child support payments, often without the ability to see their kids regularly. How exactly is this fair or equitable?

Mental health is another crisis area. Men are far more likely to die by suicide than women—nearly four times more likely, according to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Yet discussions about mental health disproportionately focus on women’s issues, leaving men to suffer in silence, shamed into believing that seeking help makes them weak.

The left loves to scream about “equality,” but their vision of equality always seems to involve elevating some at the expense of others. Men’s issues aren’t just ignored; they’re actively mocked. Any man brave enough to speak out is immediately labeled a misogynist or accused of wanting to turn back the clock to the 1950s. It’s a lazy, dishonest argument, but one that conveniently shields progressives from addressing real problems.

Conservatives must lead the charge in acknowledging that men’s rights are human rights. It’s not about creating a hierarchy of victimhood; it’s about recognizing that men face unique challenges that deserve real solutions. Boys need better support in schools. Fathers need fair treatment in family courts. Men struggling with mental health need access to resources without stigma. And most importantly, society needs to stop treating masculinity as a problem to be fixed.

The left’s refusal to engage with these issues reveals their true priorities: power, division, and control. Conservatives, by contrast, believe in empowering individuals, not pitting them against one another. Addressing men’s rights isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s essential to building a society that values fairness, freedom, and dignity for all.
