By 2021, Victoria’s Secret embraced more diverse and inclusive representation, with a new lineup of “diverse” models and influencers. The most recent 2024 show marked the return of the runway but with an insanely woke twist: two transgender models, Valentina Sampaio and Alex Consani, were featured.
Down goes another company, scarified to the woke overlords. Another idiotic move that’s alienating a brand’s core audiences by prioritizing social messages over consumer expectations. When will these companies learn, go woke and go broke. I’d say it’s about time for a boycott of the no-longer-sexy Victoria’s Secret. Or is it Victor’s Secret?
