[WATCH] Kamala Harris Appears To Be On Drugs During Recent Speech

Kamala Harris seems like that typical over-achieving college student who wasn’t really bright, took copious amounts of drugs, but still somehow managed to place themselves in positions of power one way or another.

Each and every time Kamala speaks publicly she appears lost, sullen, confused and unprepared; the Vice President is over her head and visibly shaken by the duties required of her office.

Her public speaking blunders are too abundant to name but everyone knows the highlights.

Just last week, Harris tweeted odd language, saying that the United States supports Ukraine “in defense of the NATO alliance,” a confusing comment given that Ukraine is not a member of NATO and the military alliance has no formal role in Ukraine’s war against Russia.

TL;DR Kamala Harris is a walking, talking disaster.

On Monday, Kamala was especially incoherent during a speech she gave in Sunset, Louisiana.

The Vice President was again spaced out, lost, rambling, and incapabale of delivering a cogent thought about policy – or even theory. During her speech, Kamala spoke  “significance of the passage of time” in a way that only someone who just smoked a joint would.

Speaking about affordable and accessible high-speed internet, Harris recounted a tour of a library with Gov. John Bel Edwards, a Democrat.

“The governor and I, and we were all doing a tour of the library here, and talking about the significance of the passage of time,” she prefaced. “The significance of the passage of time, right?”

In the matter of two minutes Kamala mentions “passage of time” at least six times.

She wouldn’t stop repeating it!

This public speaking tactic isn’t uncommon for Kamala as she often hammers down party line talking points delivered by her (shrinking) staff without any personal flair whatsoever. In other words, she’s a robotic drone wheeled around for the betterment of Democrats — but even that’s questionable.

Turns out, America hates Kamala!

The internet rightfully erupted after video clips of Kamala’s speech went viral.

Here are some of the notable responses:

They say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Let’s just hope the old adage reigns true in Kamala’s case.
