This week, former President Donald Trump called Vice President Kamala Harris’s photo of her supposedly talking to FEMA about the current Hurricane Helene recovery efforts “FAKE and STAGED.”
Trump called the picture that apparently shows Harris talking to FEMA “another FAKE and STAGED shot from someone who has no idea what she is doing.”
A big problem that many people on social media have brought up is that Harris’s earbuds don’t seem to be tied to her phone because the wire feels like it falls to her lap. There is no link to her phone, which is on the table in front of her.
“You need to connect the cord to the phone for it to work!” Trump pointed out a long list of things the Biden-Harris government did wrong.
“Biden and Harris left Americans in Afghanistan. They gave up Americans for an open border, and now they’ve left Americans to drown in Alabama, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and other places in the South!” Trump yelled.
“The American people always come last under this administration because our “leaders” don’t know how to lead!” he said.
In fact, Harris got a lot of flak over the weekend when she flew to Los Angeles for her fancy event at the JW Marriott to party with famous people and studio executives. He told her she was wrong and asked her how she could be so focused on that when “big parts of our country are destroyed and under water—with many people dead.”
Many people have criticized Harris for how she has responded to the storm, or rather how she has not responded at this point, as Breitbart News reported.
I was just briefed by @FEMA_Deanne Criswell on the latest developments about the ongoing impacts of Hurricane Helene. We also discussed our Administration's continued actions to support emergency response and recovery.

Meanwhile, Trump is going to Valdosta, Georgia, on Monday to bring storm victims assistance supplies. Trump also said that he has aid for people in North Carolina. He planned to visit the area himself, but he can’t physically get in the way of first responders and take attention away from people who need it.
“I’ll be there soon, but I don’t like hearing that the Federal Government and the Democratic Governor of the State are doing everything they can to not help people in Republican areas,” Trump said.
The government has revealed that at least 116 people died after the big storm.
