Top Democrat Issues Warning To America — Calls Out ‘Power Elites’

During an interview on “Jesse Watters Primetime” on Fox News, former Representative Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) called for accountability for both Hillary Clinton and members of her campaign for illegally spying on President Donald Trump, according to allegations leveled by special counsel John Durham’s federal court filing.

Gabbard called out Hillary Clinton and the “power elite” for having manufactured the Russian collusion narrative against Trump out of whole cloth, and said that doing so completely undermines the concept of a free and fair U.S. democracy. The former Democratic presidential candidate added that the scandalous lie did “immeasurable” damage to the nation.

“What’s being revealed here… is the truth,” said Gabbard. She called out the powerful elite in the country, mainstream media and Clinton alike for “undermining our democracy… stoking the fires… moving us [toward a] new cold war with Russia.” She added that the damage done to America’s democracy and people is “immeasurable” as a result of the lies they sold.

She pointed out that too much power is held by people like Jake Sullivan, who’s found himself in the crosshairs of Durham’s investigation. Sullivan, on Gabbard’s account, took action that dramatically “shap[ed] our country’s foreign policy.” And now we’re in a place never imaginable where “they’re telling us saying, hey, you’ve got to be ready to go to war with Russia or other countries to spread democracy, to protect democracy. And yet they’re actively undermining our democracy here at home.”

Gabbard applauded Durham’s efforts because of how it exposes the hypocrisy of the powerful elite, and added that it provides Americans much needed accountability. “Hillary Clinton and her warmongers need to be held accountable. And Jake Sullivan, who’s in a very influential position now in the Biden administration’s White House, he needs to resign immediately for his role in this.”
