The Real Terrorist Threats – According To Democrats

The 2002 Homeland Security Act gave the Department of Homeland Security its original authorization, which was born in the aftermath of 9/11.

DHS has always been an organization in search of a purpose. Did they act as spies? Police? Pushers of papers? As it happens, the answers to those questions are yes, yes, yes, and yes.

Of course, this has resulted in waste and redundancy, two areas in which the government excels. The abundance of boards, panels, and other advisory bodies at DHS with fancy names is one of the worst wastes of time and money.

This is the “Homeland Intelligence Experts Group”. The fact that the biggest names in law enforcement and government intelligence were involved goes unnoticed by the innocent.

Furthermore, you are unaware of it.

Fortunately, America First Legal (AFL) was able to uncover this group’s actions by using the Freedom of Information Act. The panel included two of the most politically charged appointees in the history of their respective agencies: former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

This is significant in light of some of the conclusions drawn by the “Experts Group” on Donald Trump supporters.

“Supporters of the prior administration” were responsible for “the majority of the Domestic Terrorism danger” in the United States, according to AFL records.

“All of this has a political context. It appears that the majority of the current threat from domestic terrorism originates from the former president’s followers. The board meeting records read, “It’s not like you desire a political benefit, but over the last six years, people have attacked the government and its institutions.”

You would not have signed the letter stating that the disinformation on Hunter Biden’s laptop originated from Russia prior to the 2020 election if you didn’t seek a political advantage.

For someone thought to be on the right, things grow worse.

Fox News:

The board further asserted that some characteristics, such as having served “in the military” or being “religious,” are “indicators of radicals and terrorism,” and that the United States should be “more worried” about them, citing anonymous “researchers.” “Religious or military affiliation may come up when scholars delve into signs of extremism and terrorism,” the board stated. Given that this is a recognized signal, it suggests that we should be more concerned about it. We want the room to have an open discussion about it.

“The AFL labeled the papers’ publication on Friday as the second part of their “#DeepStateDiaries” series, a “multi-part series of leaks featuring newly obtained documents.”

AFL Executive Dir. Gene Hamilton told Fox News Digital, “These disturbing records indicate obvious unrestrained bias on this Deep State group.” “Every attempt to turn the federal government into a weapon against the opposition parties to the governing class ought to come to an end. We anticipate making more records available in the next few days.”

Actually, things get worse because there is an obsession with encouraging Americans to spy on one another, akin to the Stasi.

“Some initiatives described in the papers made public on Thursday demonstrated the board’s aim to improve its capacity to gather data about citizens. “See Something, Say Something” was an attempt to communicate after the 9/11 attacks in NY City, but the group of “experts” claimed that the campaign was unsuccessful because “Americans have an ambivalent sort of feeling of telling on each other.” We witness individuals who lose their minds. We need voices to speak up. The conference notes stated that a national campaign is necessary to effectively reach out to the local population. One board member said, “It needs to be a public health catcher’s mitt to get a mother or teacher to come forward.”

God, that is very eerie.

Take note of the numerous suggested additions to duties that the public health bureaucracy and the CDC have received over the past few years. One “public health crisis” is gun violence. Social media emergency alerts and air pollution are two examples of public health emergencies. They have only just begun.

“The ability to gather, produce, and distribute useful information to our federal, state, local, territorial, tribal, academic, and commercial partners is essential to the security of the American people,” DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas stated in a statement upon the “Experts Group’s” formation in 2023.

The Stasi in East Germany encouraged children to report their parents for “anti-socialist thought.” We haven’t quite reached that stage yet. But since Joe Biden took office, we’ve come a long way.
