Rand Paul Goes Big In Support Of Trump, Demands Arrests Immediately

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) called for the leftist district attorney to be imprisoned on Tuesday and stated that an indictment of former President Donald Trump would be a “disgusting abuse of power.”

In light of the impending indictment of the former president in the case regarding “hush money” paid to porn star Stormy Daniels, Paul is one of the most well-known Republicans to defend the former president.

“Indicting Trump would be a repugnant abuse of authority. While his coworkers have also opposed the alleged arrest,” Paul remarked, “The DA should be jailed.”

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) said on Saturday after the former president warned of an upcoming arrest based on unauthorized leaks, “Here we go again — a ridiculous abuse of power from a radical DA who allows violent criminals to walk while he continues to pursue political vengeance against President Trump,” McCarthy said.

He continued, “I’m instructing pertinent committees to right away look into whether federal money is being used to undermine our democracy by meddling in elections with politically driven charges.”

Alvin Bragg, the Soros-connected prosecutor at the center of the anticipated indictment, is being called to appear by Republicans on the top House investigative committees as part of their demands for action.

Republicans, including Judiciary Committee Chair Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Oversight Committee Chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY), and Administration Committee Chair Rep. Bryan Steil, said: “In light of the serious implications of your conduct, we expect that you’ll testify about what clearly appears to be an obviously politically motivated prosecutorial judgment” (R-WI).

Trump recently joined Truth Social, emphasizing that there was “No Crime!” and adding:

“In this case, there was no “misdemeanor” either. There was absolutely no criminality. All of the other countless Democratic law enforcement officers who observed it passed it by. Both Cy Vance and Bragg agreed, as well. But much later, he had a change of heart. I wonder why, huh? Prosecutorial wrongdoing and election interference. Check up on the investigators!”
