Last Remaining Victims Of Biden’s Vax Mandate Inch Closer To Freedom

Can you imagine living in a country where zero opposition to COVID hysteria and medical tyranny exists? Unlike some countries in Europe who demand their citizens acquiesce to authoritarianism, there’s at least a slight pushback from conservative lawmakers in the United States. Without them there’d be riots, people in the streets violently protesting the degradation of personal freedom.

On Wednesday, the Senate passed a resolution, led by physician and Kansas Republican Sen. Roger Marshall, to block the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for most healthcare workers.

The legislation, S.J.Res. 32 (how it’s officially known in Congress), passed 49-44 and will head to the House for a vote. More than 30 GOP senators co-sponsored the resolution, which was introduced under the Congressional Review Act. The Congressional Review Act is “a tool that Congress may use to overturn rules issued by federal agencies,” and allowed the minority party to fast-track the vote.

The White House is against the legislation. To pass the house would be a miracle but for S.J.Res. 32 to become law is a real longshot.

The Biden administration announced both the OSHA mandate for large businesses and the CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) mandate for healthcare workers in November of 2021. The CMS mandate requires healthcare workers at facilities participating in Medicare and Medicaid to be fully vaccinated. The rule applies to more than 17 million workers at approximately 76,000 healthcare facilities nationwide and includes hospitals and long-term care facilities.

Upon implementation of Biden’s mandate, a major nursing shortage has struck the United States. The American Nursing Association strongly requested Health and Human Services Sec. Becerra to declare a national crisis due to the shortage. To add insult to injury, recent data reports that one in five healthcare workers have quit their jobs since February 2020. These are the consequences of forced medical treatment for healthcare workers.

Marshall added that, as a physician, he is “confident the vaccine has saved lives,” but he believes mandating vaccination is unconstitutional.

While the Biden administration’s OSHA mandate was blocked in the Supreme Court in an expedited mid-January hearing, the nation’s highest court allowed the CMS mandate to stand for the time being.

Remember, this is the guy Dr. Fauci called “a moron” during a fiery Senate Hearing exchange earlier this year.

I wonder who most Americans would consider a moron now?
