“I Kissed A Boy” – New Reality Show Angers Parents

I Kissed a Boy!, a reality show about gay dating, will be available on Disney-owned Hulu as part of its Pride Month programming, which begins on June 1.

Hulu revealed on Monday its lineup for “Hulu Has Pride,” which includes the BBC series I Kissed a Boy for its debut season! The show follows ten gay guys as they explore the possibilities of love in a gorgeous Italian house. As the title suggests, before moving on with the dating process, the competitors had to kiss their possible matches.

On June 15, I Kissed a Boy! will be available for streaming on Hulu.

According to a Deadline article, the spin-off series called I Kissed a Girl!, which stars lesbians rather than gay men, will also be available to stream on Hulu at an undisclosed time.

In recent months, the family-friendly Disney+ service has seen a slow integration of Hulu by The Walt Disney Company. Nowadays, Disney+ customers may access Hulu from a tab within the Disney+ app, and both services are accessible together in a single streaming bundle.

In recent years, Disney has embraced LGBTQIAAP2S+ politics and programs with gusto.

For the previous few years, Disney has been fighting Florida’s anti-grooming laws. It has also made several transgender and gender-bending characters for its kid’s shows, centered gay characters in high-profile films, and even introduced an apparel line with LGBTQIAAP2S+ themes.

In an attempt to reassure investors alarmed by significant losses, CEO Bob Iger has stated on multiple occasions over the past year that the business will tone down its social media messaging. While Disney severely reduced its personnel and suffered a series of major box office flops in 2023, Iger received a massive compensation raise.
