Hunter Biden Writes A Desperate Personal Letter To Save Himself From Prison

“litigation hold” letter was sent by Hunter Biden as well as his powerful and costly legal team to Tony Bobulinski, Rudy Giuliani, and 12 other people in order to save the “Laptop from Hell” files. Some critics viewed this action as a public relations ploy to change the negative perception of the Biden family.

According to NBC News, the letter requesting litigation asks that the parties “preserve possible evidence for future cases linked to the alleged theft of his personal data that might include some of the information on his laptop.”

John Paul Mac Isaac, Roger Stone, the computer repairman, Robert Costello a lawyer, Garrett M. Ziegle, a former Trump assistant, Bobulinski, a partner of the Biden family, and Giuliani, a Trump attorney, are among individuals who have been ordered to retain data.

Each of the 14 recipients’ letters states:

“In regards to our client, Robert Hunter Biden (a.k.a. “Mr. Biden”), you have made a number of claims and taken part in specific actions that you admit to doing or that have been widely covered in the media. This letter (“Notice”) serves as notice that any records and documents relating to Mr. Biden should be preserved and retained as part of a litigation hold.”

A member of Hunter’s legal team informed NBC News that the president’s son is attempting to shield his “family” from the widespread and persistent assaults relating to its business activities in nations like China, the Ukraine, and Russia. According to the statement, “We are going all the way back to 2008 to make sure we document the massive — and ongoing — attacks on the Biden family.”

The letter is a “desperate, frivolous, and laughable” attempt, according to Mike Davis, president and founder of the pro-Trump Article III Project, who told Breitbart News that it will simply harm the family’s legal situation because the lawsuit will result in discovery, a legal procedure in which Hunter will be deposed in front of the camera.

He claimed that “it was an absurd, laughable, and frivolous attempt to muzzle political adversaries of President Biden and his crooked family. It won’t work and will harm the Bidens politically and legally.”

“The discovery, which will include Hunter Biden’s filmed deposition, will indeed be manna from heaven. I hope Hunter Biden is dumb enough to launch a lawsuit,” Davis said.

The letter was sent at a time when Hunter seems to have sought to influence the public relations conflict between the U.S. House investigators and his powerful attorneys. According to experts, Hunter may be spending more than $100,000 each month on his legal defense, according to Breitbart News. According to reports, Hunter is debating whether to establish a fund where supporters can donate in order to pay for his defense. However, there isn’t much information provided about the contributors.

His costly attorneys have already written threatening letters. Investigators from the Delaware attorney general’s office and the National Security Division of the Justice Department have received letters requesting inquiries into Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell.”
