Harris Now Exposed! She Wants To Seize ALL American Guns

At a news conference in May 2007 in support of gun storage laws, Kamala Harris, who was then the district attorney for San Francisco, said that just because you own a gun legally doesn’t mean police can’t search your house.

Fox News said that Harris spoke at the press conference. She said, “…just because you have a gun in the safety of your locked home does not mean that we won’t walk into your home and see if you are being responsible in the way you run your business.”

Besides that, she said:

“The NRA is the main group that will be against what we’re doing. These people are not African American or from this neighborhood, where crime happens every day. People who own guns are sitting quietly on them, and those guns could end up destroying a town if they get into the hands of a kid who wants to act like they see on TV.”

The United States Constitution’s Second Amendment protects “the right to keep and bear guns” by saying that this right “shall not be infringed.”

Similarly, the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution protects another American right: “The right of the people to be safe in their persons, homes, papers, and belongings, against unreasonable searches.”

This is what the Fourth Amendment says in its entirety:

“The people have the right to be safe in their own homes, papers, belongings, and against unreasonable searches. This right shall not be violated, and warrants shall only be issued if there is probable cause, backed up by an oath or affirmation, and a clear description of the place to be searched and the people or things to be seized.”

At a news conference in May 2007, Harris said, “When we make laws, it’s not just about giving us a chance to prosecute someone for a crime; more importantly, when we make laws about our ideals, it’s about trying to encourage certain kinds of behavior.”
