When the globalist establishment is cornered, it cheats. That’s the unmistakable message behind a damning new complaint filed in Germany—one that exposes how the ruling class may have hijacked the country’s 2024 federal election to block the rising wave of populism.
Marcel Luthe, a former lawmaker and chairman of the Good Governance Union, has just dropped an 80-page hammer on Germany’s electoral system. Backed by over 200 pages of supporting evidence, Luthe’s legal filing accuses German authorities of a laundry list of “avoidable electoral errors” and outright manipulation that could have changed the outcome of the vote. His conclusion is chilling: the 2024 Bundestag election may have been “sabotaged according to plan.”
And it’s not hard to see why the establishment would panic. The Christian Democrats, with the backing of their Green and socialist allies, squeaked out a narrow victory—but only by stifling the insurgent Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) and the rising nationalist left-wing BSW party led by Sahra Wagenknecht.
The most explosive allegation? Voter fraud—plain and simple. According to Luthe, ballots were cast without proper ID, including in major cities like Stuttgart where election workers were told to accept flimsy voting notices that lacked any “forgery-proof features.” That opened the floodgates for voter impersonation, and with over 65,000 polling stations in Germany, even small-scale fraud could snowball into tens of thousands of illegal votes.
Luthe also exposed stories of voters being turned away because someone had already voted in their name. In towns like Bad Kreuznach, more ballots were counted than there were registered voters. Sound familiar? If this were a movie, you’d call it a sequel to the 2020 U.S. election.
It gets worse. German citizens living abroad—who overwhelmingly lean against establishment parties—were reportedly shut out of the process. Despite registering on time, many never received their ballots. Others got them too late to mail back. Luthe called it what it is: a coordinated effort to silence overseas dissent.
“When voters outside the country are systematically excluded,” Luthe said, “it’s not democracy—it’s manipulation.”
And manipulation it is. Germany’s electoral system already rigs the game by enforcing a five percent threshold, making it nearly impossible for new parties to gain seats unless they crack a nationwide vote percentage. That rule conveniently kneecapped the BSW party, which missed representation by just 10,000 votes.
Luthe isn’t pulling punches. He’s demanding a full, transparent audit of every polling station. Until then, he says, the election cannot be trusted.
“This election must be scrutinized from top to bottom,” he said. “Anything less is a betrayal of the democratic process.”
And let’s be clear—this isn’t just about Germany. Similar tactics are being deployed across Europe. In France, Marine Le Pen continues to battle legal warfare from Macron’s regime. In Romania, conservative reformer Calin Georgescu was sidelined under suspicious circumstances. The globalist elite, rattled by the surging populist tide, are rewriting the rules of democracy to cling to power.
In Germany, the message is simple: the people are rising up—and the ruling class is terrified. So terrified, in fact, they’re willing to steal elections in broad daylight.
While the German government remains silent, the story is far from over. Luthe’s courageous challenge may be the first domino in a chain reaction across Europe. As citizens lose faith in corrupt institutions, demands for electoral integrity and real representation are reaching a boiling point.
The populist right is coming—and the political establishment will stop at nothing to keep them out.
