The 25th amendment of the United States Constitution allows Congress or the cabinet to declare that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and should therefore be removed. If Joe Biden doesn’t meet these criteria, then who does?
It’s become glaringly obvious for years that Biden is in no fit mental or physical condition to walk down steps, let alone run the entire country — and now we may know why.
Joe Biden is really old, and he’s also really stupid. His inability to form complete sentences is incredibly unbecoming of a U.S. President and a major sign of his decline.
On Wednesday, the cognitively deficient president even announced his cancer diagnosis in what may go down as his most egregious gaffe to date.
Biden was speaking in Massachusetts to announce $2.3 billion in new funding to combat climate change when he detailed a story from his childhood about air pollution.
“That’s why I and so damn many other people I grew up [with] have cancer,” Biden said. “For the longest time, Delaware had the highest cancer rate in the nation, but that’s the past.”

Everyone knows Joe Biden doesn’t really have cancer — or does he? The White House certainly doesn’t want anyone thinking so as they immediately rushed to clean up Biden’s verbal mess.
A number of accounts, including several foreign reporters, questioned Biden’s words prior to the White House’s clarification. Officials pointed reporters to a tweet posted by a Washington Post “fact checker” in an effort to quell concerns.

“How stupid is this tweet?” the fact checker asks. But it isn’t stupid at all! Joe Biden said on stage that he has cancer, in the present tense — a fact that one conservative journalist pointed out on Twitter.
Biden says that he *HAS* cancer, present tense. It's not a "dumb" tweet.
Either the president of the United States has cancer and has been hiding it from the public OR his brain is so shot that he accidentally claims that he has cancer.

Joe Biden has raised medical concerns for a while now. Upon entering office, the cognitively deficient president did in fact have cancer in the form of non-melanoma skin lesions, which Biden claims is from “oil spilling from his mother’s car.”
However, according to Biden’s medical report, his melanomas were actually a result of overexposure to sunlight.
Cancer was once a hot topic for Joe Biden, especially while on the campaign trail. He made gigantic claims to potential voters about his plan to tackle cancer and find a cure once and for all.

He’s since abandoned that campaign promise and has since destroyed the economy by funding proxy wars in Ukraine while Americans, the people who ostensibly voted for him, suffer.
