Did WW3 Just Start In Iran?

Did WW3 Just Start In Iran?

According to reports, Ismail Haniyeh, the billionaire and leader of Hamas politics, died this week in Tehran, Iran, following the inauguration of the new president.

While attending the inauguration of Masoud Pezeshkian as the new president of Iran, Haniyeh met with Ali Khamenei, the “Supreme Leader,” as well as the heads of other terrorist organizations, including the Houthis and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

According to a number of news outlets, including Iranian television, Hamas has announced Haniyeh’s death.

PressTV in Iran reported:

“An attack in Tehran, the capital of Iran, has claimed the life of Ismail Haniyeh, the political bureau chief of the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps declared this week that Haniyeh along with one of his bodyguards had perished after a bomb struck their Tehran apartment. The statement indicates that the investigation into the attack is underway, with the public release of the findings later today.

The NY Times verified the information, citing Iran’s terrorist Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.

The Revolutionary Guards Corps of Iran released a statement on Tuesday confirming the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, one of the top Hamas leaders, in Iran. Hamas said in Tehran that Israel had murdered Mr. Haniyeh, who oversaw Hamas political activities from exile in Qatar.

Hours earlier, Israel announced that it had eliminated Fuad Shukr, also known as Sayyid Muhsan, the second-in-command of Hezbollah, who was in charge of the 1983 Beirut barracks bombing and rocket assaults against Israel.

In an April targeted attack in Gaza, Israel also murdered Haniyeh’s three boys. The impact of Haniyeh’s strike on the hostage discussions, in which he indirectly participated through mediators in Qatar and Egypt, is yet unknown.
