It’s over. The Biden-era push to erase biological truth has officially been dismantled.
On Thursday, newly appointed Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reaffirmed the Trump administration’s commitment to reality: there are only two genders, male and female. In a decisive move, HHS announced it would follow Trump’s executive orders restoring biological truth across federal policy and putting an end to the radical gender ideology that infiltrated government under the previous administration.
BREAKING: HHS just released its updated definition of *sex* for all federal agencies, external partners, and the public:
– Sex is a person’s immutable biological classification as either male or female.
– Female is a person of the sex characterized by a reproductive system with… pic.twitter.com/tDHVnHFHYv

“HHS will use these definitions and promote policies acknowledging that women are biologically female and men are biologically male,” the agency declared in a statement that was nothing short of a death blow to the left’s gender delusions.
Science Over Ideology
Kennedy, in no uncertain terms, made it clear that the federal government is done playing along with fantasy. “This administration is bringing back common sense and restoring biological truth,” he said, condemning the previous administration’s attempts to engineer gender ideology into public life.
The new HHS definitions are as simple as they are irrefutable:
- A female is a person with a reproductive system designed to produce eggs.
- A male is a person with a reproductive system designed to produce sperm.
That’s it. No “infinite spectrum,” no “self-identification,” just pure, unchangeable biological fact.
A Victory for Women’s Rights
HHS also rolled out a video featuring Riley Gaines, the former University of Kentucky swimmer who was robbed of her NAACP championship in 2022 when a biological male was handed the trophy. Gaines has since become one of the most vocal advocates for protecting women’s sports, and she had a powerful message of gratitude for Trump and Kennedy.
Thank you @Riley_Gaines_ for your courage, perseverance, and common sense. My uncle, Ted Kennedy, wrote Title IX and fought for its passage in order to recognize the importance of women's sports. I'm grateful to President Trump for restoring America's commitment to female… https://t.co/Izr2rTHalU

“The clarity and decisiveness of this administration send a strong, clear message to women and girls across the country that we matter,” Gaines stated.
President Trump has wasted no time backing up words with action. Earlier this month, he signed an executive order titled “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports,” enforcing Title IX protections for female athletes. His administration will take action against schools that force women to compete against men or share locker rooms with biological males.
This move follows another executive order issued on day one of Trump’s return to office, “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.” In it, Trump’s administration made it clear: gender identity is a subjective feeling, not a biological reality, and has no place in federal law.
Conclusion
HHS under Kennedy has now officially rejected the entire gender ideology regime. The days of radical activists twisting science to fit their agenda are over. Trump and his administration are standing up for women, for common sense, and for the truth.
The war on reality is ending—and America is winning.
