It’s imperative that conservatives, whether they be on the Supreme Court or in Congress, remain steadfast in their willingness to crush radical leftists and stop them in their tracks.
The increasingly violent and psychopathic left has made clear their intentions to brutally terrorize anyone that doesn’t support a radical agenda. Abortion activists have now begun protesting at the houses of conservative justices and have even thrown Molotov cocktails at the headquarters of anti-abortion organizations.
What’s worse is the overwhelming support these domestic terrorists are getting from mainline Democrat lawmakers, who themselves have moved to the radical left.
“We can’t be an institution that can be bullied into giving you the outcomes you want,” Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas told a gathering on Thursday on Roe v. Wade. “The events from earlier this week are a symptom of that.”
Thomas was speaking to the judicial conference Eleventh Circuit. Each federal appellate circuit is under the supervision of one of the nine Supreme Court justices. A Georgia native, Thomas is circuit justice over that court, which has jurisdiction over Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.
Since a leaked draft of an upcoming Supreme Court decision all but guarantees a reversal of Roe v. Wade, militant pro-abortion leftists have instituted a pressure campaign to convince conservative justices to change their votes.
Roe v. Wade is a 1973 SCOTUS decision that wrongfully made the abortion procedure legal nationwide. Since then, conservatives and legal scholars have been trying to get the ruling overturned. Now, thanks to Trump, conservatives hold a majority on the Supreme Court and will likely move forward with Roe’s reversal.
Chief Justice John Roberts, the longest-serving member currently on the Court, has vowed to uncover who leaked the draft decision, calling the debacle “absolutely appalling.”
An investigation has since been ordered.
No stranger to opposition, Thomas’s remarks are characteristic of the justice, who is often willing to be the sole dissent in an 8-1 decision. As the senior associate justice, many regard Thomas as the most conservative justice. Leftists are often disgruntled by Thomas despite him being an African American, which usually earns major points with liberal Americans.
It’s not yet known when the official decision on Roe v. Wade will be released.
