Oftentimes in the two years since Biden assumed office, the Regime has relied on the collective stupidity of liberal Americans to get away with some of the most egregiously criminal acts in U.S. history, most notably the destruction of our southern border.
The U.S-Mexico Border is in shambles thanks to the “no consequence” open border policies enacted by the Biden Regime in an attempt to import a brand new voter base. However, the Regime insists that everything is fine; that the border is not only closed, but it’s safe and secure as well.
How anyone in this country believes such utter nonsense is beyond comprehension but does serve as proof that liberal propaganda is highly effective, particularly in the last five years.
Everyone knows something’s wrong but no one wants to cop to it — not even Biden’s border czar Kamala Harris. Luckily, the nation’s top Border Patrol agent (appointed by the Biden admin) is finally speaking out against his own boss and the “no consequence” policies that resulted in a crisis on our southern border.
Raul Ortiz testified in a private legal deposition that the Biden administration’s decision to walk back Trump-era enforcement measures has caused the illegal immigration crisis at the southern border.
“In my experience, we have seen increases when there are no consequences,” said Raul Ortiz in a July 29 deposition, according to video obtained by Fox News.

Ortiz was tapped by Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas to head the Border Patrol early on in the Biden administration. He has kept a low profile during that time, not speaking out publicly despite agents’ frustrations with leadership.
Ortiz was called to speak to the cause of the border crisis as part of the discovery process in Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody’s lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security. Florida sued the Biden administration on the basis that its ending Trump administration policies triggered a mass migration event over the past 18 months.
More than 3 million people have been encountered attempting to enter the United States from Mexico illegally since President Joe Biden took office. Ortiz said under oath that the present situation constituted a crisis and agreed with the attorney general’s statement that “unprecedented numbers” of migrants have been encountered at the border this year.
Moody’s lawsuit alleges that the Biden administration’s decision not to detain illegal immigrants in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement jails through court proceedings prompted more people to migrate, knowing they would be released into the U.S.
The Biden administration has opted to house migrants in hotels for several days before releasing people, often tracking them through cellphone apps that do not require in-person check-ins with ICE. The app is part of the ICE program Alternatives to Detention, which the federal agency has dramatically expanded at the direction of the Biden administration.
Due to pandemic public health protocols that are still in effect, asylum-seekers are not permitted to seek refuge at the ports of entry along the southern border, prompting many to enter unlawfully in areas without a border wall. However, Border Patrol may expel illegal immigrants rather than take them into custody and refer them for prosecution for unlawful entry, a federal crime.
Because illegal immigrants are not prosecuted but returned, many try to reenter a second time without getting caught. The 3 million illegal immigrants encountered include those who have tried to enter multiple times.
Make no mistake about it, this is an intentional and systematic approach to importing an entirely new Democrat voter base while radically transforming the demographics of America. The goal is to freshly indoctrinate an entire class of immigrants, all of whom rely on the federal government for their survival.
If allowed to continue, the United States will not only resemble a third-world country demographically but economically as well.
