Biden Hit With New Allegations Of Major Criminal Conduct

A whistleblower reported charges of bribery against President Biden to the Justice Dept. in 2018, but the accusations were disregarded, a former federal prosecutor said this week.

The 2018 whistleblower is a different case from the charges that were made public this week by James Comer (R-KY), the Head of the House Oversight Panel. Comer subpoenaed the FBI for information in connection to a whistleblower’s claims claiming a criminal plot that involves Joe Biden, who was vice president at that time.

According to the NY Post, Joe Biden is accused of committing a second act of bribery in connection with Hunter Biden’s position on the board of directors of the Ukrainian oil firm Burisma.

“In an email sent to then-New York US Lawyer Geoff Berman on Oct. 4, 2018, Bud Cummins, a former federal prosecutor, claimed that he had evidence that showed that Joe Biden had used his influence to shield’ his son’s Ukrainian employers ‘in trade for money to Devon Archer, and Hunter Biden, along with Joe Biden.'”

“According to an email received by Just The News, Cummins claimed that Yuriy Lutsenko, the then-prosecutor general of Ukraine, intended to visit the United States to see Berman and could offer two ‘John Doe’ witnesses to support his allegations against the Biden’s.”

Despite Cummins’ statements, Berman stayed silent.

“I just can not think of any good reason as to why the DOJ would not take up an offer like that. I felt like it had been blocked,” Cummins stated to Just the News. “Looking into the person that made the complaint instead of the allegation does not make much sense.”

Cummins said that Berman made the decision not to reply and instead permitted a grand jury subpoena to Apple to gather information off his iPhone in what looked to be “retaliation.”

It is “perverse,” according to Cummins, “that you present an accusation of a pretty serious offense and they fail to investigate it however they were looking into you.”

According to Just the News, congressional investigators are putting out a chronology to demonstrate that from 2016 to 2020, evidence raising questions about the Biden family company was sent to federal law enforcement organizations.

When Comer and Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) claimed a document existed indicating specifics of an agreement involving a trade of money for policy choices between now-President Biden and a foreign individual, one of those warning signs came to light this week.

According to Breitbart News, Joe Biden along with his family members’ offshore business interests have been continually implicated in components of a suspected bribery conspiracy for years. According to Joel Pollak of Breitbart News, this information might support Joe Biden’s impeachment.
