Over the weekend, Joe Biden has been out campaigning in an attempt to win back the support of black voters, who have been abandoning him.
After giving a speech at the National Museum of African American History and Culture, he had a meeting with the heads of the nine historically black sororities and fraternities known as the Divine Nine. During his speech at the museum, he mispronounced the name of the college he will be giving the graduating address at on Sunday, Morehouse, and could not even pronounce the acronym “HBCU” correctly, calling them “HBGs.”
He took a plane to Atlanta on Saturday in order to participate in a few campaign events before Sunday’s Morehouse address.
Maybe his motorcade conveyed the story. There did not seem to be many people out in this otherwise lovely blue metropolis.
Let us contrast that with the turnout for former President Donald Trump in the deep blue South Bronx, even without the candidate there.
Then, Biden seemed to be very confused when he arrived at his appearance at Mary Mac’s Tea Room. He had an odd expression on his face, like he was absolutely crazy, and he stumbled a few paces ahead.
Stacey Abrams was present during the event. Democrats frequently discuss “election denial,” but Biden welcomed her and did not appear to mind that she had previously engaged in denial. Mostly, this is because they never truly mean what they say when it comes to themselves.
While he was speaking, Biden had former President Donald Trump living in his thoughts once more, repeating the false accusation that Trump had made that there would be a “bloodbath” if he lost.
Trump was talking about how Biden would have a negative economic impact on the car sector and other companies. But Biden is all about inciting fear about Trump, so he does not want to clarify that.
He also focused on a small girl.
Once again, there were not many people at the event, not even among the fans.
However, Biden refuted the surveys once more during the event, stating that they had never been accurate.
A New York Times survey from just five days earlier showed that he was really nine points down in Georgia, despite his claims that he had been ahead, tied, or only marginally behind. Not “slightly” at all. Once more, he is refusing to accept reality. However, he will not be able to reject reality for very long.
