According to Gaetz’s counsel, the DOJ made the conclusion on Wednesday, admitting that the feds had no evidence and had been waging a shady campaign to tarnish his character all along.
Gaetz’s attorneys Isabelle Kirshner and Marc Mukasey said, “We just spoke with the DOJ and we have been informed that they’ve concluded their inquiry into Congressman Gaetz and accusations related to sex trafficking as well as obstruction of justice, and that they have decided to not bring any charges against him.”
According to media reports, the deep state’s railroading campaign against Gaetz has been waning since it began in 2020:
“Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL), who has been accused of inappropriate behavior with a 17-year-old girl by his political foes, is not to be charged,” according to career federal prosecutors.

Joel Greenberg, a previous tax collector for Seminole County and one of Gaetz’s acquaintances, entered a guilty plea to sex trafficking for minors in 2021. Although Greenberg has turned on Gaetz, it appears that he lacks sufficient evidence to support his claims, and he is fumbling in an effort to obtain pardon for his own misdeeds.
The media revealed how Gaetz’s father Don was the object of a nefarious extortion scheme at the same time that a deep state campaign to harm his reputation was initiated.
